@spoopyjam Can the game be done in unreal (other game engines than Unity), and can be anything, 3D or 2D oriented or both combined. And what do you mean by spoopy theme? Literally anything Halloween event related that's cute and spooky? and nothing else?

I understand that the game creation process must start at the designated time, but does that apply to concepts as well? Do I have to wait to think of my idea for a game until the 29th?
